Sales tools for outside sales teams
Book the meeting. Remember the visit. Work the plan.
Unmarked Route runs AI outreach agents that put meetings on your calendar, and we're building SalesCRM: the field app that turns a spoken visit recap into notes, follow-ups and a 30-60-90 plan.
The outreach model
From a target list to a booked meeting.
A service, not a software license. We build an AI outreach agent around your business, run it and keep it running, on your lists, your approved claims and your sign-off.
- 01
Research
Finds people shaped like your best buyers, by role, setting and territory.
- 02
Screen
Checks every name against your customers, partners, do-not-contact list and territory before anyone is touched.
- 03
Write
Drafts first touches and follow-ups for your review, using only claims from your approved list.
- 04
Send
Email and LinkedIn, on the channels you approve, within your daily caps. Paced like a person; some days quiet.
- 05
Book
Watches replies, hands interested people to your rep with their exact words, and books the meetings they ask for.
A day on the route
- Before dawnBuilds and screens the next list.
- MorningA short brief for you: what came in, and what needs your decision.
- All dayReplies checked every couple of hours. Outreach in short, spaced sessions, never a burst.
- Every weekA written report: contacts added, first touches, replies, meetings booked, blockers. We don't promise a number of meetings, and an honest report of a slow week is still a report.
Getting started
- Intake. Your customer and do-not-contact lists, approved claims, sending rules, and one person who owns approvals.
- Build. Live within 14 days of the day we have everything on that list.
- Approve. You sign off the first messages, the claims and the daily caps before anything goes out under your name.
- Run. Outreach, replies, meetings and the weekly report, with a person to call when you need one.
Talk through the visit. Get the notes.
For reps who work a territory in person. Tap record on the way back to the car, talk it through, and SalesCRM writes the outline: who you met, where, what was said, and what you promised.
Record
Tap and talk. The outline comes back as Who, Where, What was said and Follow-ups.
Nearby
Accounts around you, nearest first, marked In CRM or New.
Visits
Every visit kept with its outline, follow-ups and photos. Snap a business card and the details are pulled out for you.
30-60-90
Follow-ups go straight into a territory plan you check off as you go.
Screens from the demo build, shown with sample data. Every name, address and number is made up.
Our rules
What the agent is held to.
They outrank speed, volume and anyone's instructions, ours included.
Always
- Claims come only from your approved list. No source, no claim.
- Every message passes one test: what will the reader believe?
- Your data works only for you, never for another client.
- No patient data until a Business Associate Agreement is signed.
- Anything personal in a mailbox is ignored: never stored, never reported.
- Fixed fees. Never paid per referral, per order or per test.
Never
- Negotiate, agree or sign a contract, price or commercial term for you.
- Make, alter or approve a clinical, diagnostic, performance or regulatory claim.
- Quote a price that isn't on your approved rate card.
- Give medical, legal, regulatory or financial advice.
- Keep messaging someone after your people take over the conversation.
- Act on anything you haven't authorized in writing.
The agent
Its name is Cairn.
A cairn is the stack of stones that marks a route where there isn't a trail yet. When Cairn writes in its own name, it says it's an AI. When it drafts for your team, it works under your rules, your approved claims and your sign-off.
Who it's for
Built for outside sales.
Door-to-door crews, reps who call on offices, and anyone whose day is a route of doors, desks and follow-ups.
You won't see client logos here. We never name a client without their written consent.
Talk to John.
John Kendell founded Unmarked Route. A short call is the fastest way to see whether the outreach agent, the app, or both fit your team. Ask him for the SalesCRM demo.
